EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

1.    Returns: 

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • If the product received does not match the description or is unsuitable, please inform us by phone or email within 72 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the pickup of the incorrect item and deliver the correct product to you.
  • For Disposable Vapes, E-Liquids, or Pods, returns are accepted only within 3 months of the purchase date if you no longer wish to carry a specific product. Please refer to point #4 for details on the restocking fee policy.
    **Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted for disposable products from the following brands: Elfbar, Mr. Fog, HQD, and IVG.**
  • If a disposable vape has a manufacturing defect, a credit for the equivalent amount will be applied to your next purchase. To receive this credit, you must retain the defective product and submit an online claim via the link provided in point 2. Pickup will be arranged within 3-5 business days of claim submission, and a credit will only be issued once the return is received.

2.    Exchange Policy: If you receive a product that is incorrect, short, or damaged, please submit a claim within 72 hours of receipt using the following link: https://www.maplecraft.ca/Home/RaiseAClaim Claims submitted after the 72-hour window will not be accepted. Our claims department will respond with a resolution within 3-5 days of receiving the claim.

3.    Non-Returnable Items: Products listed or purchased from clearance or similarly designated categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4.     Restocking Fees: Restocking fees are applied based on the time elapsed since the purchase date as follows:

  •    Returns within 1 month: 10% restocking fee
  • Returns within 2 months: 20% restocking fee
  • Returns within 3 months: 30% restocking fee

5.    Return Shipping Policy:

  • For defective, incorrect, damaged products or if you are dissatisfied with the product, resolution will be provided on fully completed RMA forms with actual product pictures to be attached in a ticket/claim. Once we will receive the RMA Form, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. All the returned products will be subject to quality testing by our Returns Department, and once it will be approved our claims department will provide you the resolution.
  • If you wish to return a product due to personal preference or if you no longer wish to carry it, you must cover the return shipping costs. A refund or credit will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.

NOTE: Once the order is processed, paid, and shipped, you have already agreed to our Return/Exchange policy, and everything further will be dealt with accordingly.
