Payment Methods

At Maple Craft Inc., we strive to make your shopping experience as convenient and secure as possible. We offer a variety of payment options to suit your needs:

1. Email Money Transfer
You can conveniently send us an e-transfer through your bank. Please ensure that your order number is included in the message to facilitate prompt tracking of your payment and avoid any delays. For your reference the E- Transfer details are: billing@maplecraft.ca 

2. Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)
We offer the Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) option to streamline the order processing. To set up PAD, you will need to complete a form or provide electronic or verbal consent through your sales representative. This method, also known as direct debit, allows us to automatically withdraw the payment from your bank account, ensuring a faster and more efficient payment process.

3. Bill Payee
You can add Maple Craft Inc as a Bill Payee through your online banking. We are currently set up with the following institutions:

TD Bank

Scotia Bank

RBC (Royal Bank of Canada)

BMO (Bank of Montreal)

ATB Financial

All Credit Unions within Canada

To add us as a Bill Payee kindly follow the below steps:

• Log into your online banking or banking app.
• Go to "Add a Bill Payee."
• Select “Maple Craft Inc.” as the Bill Payee.
• Enter your Customer Account Number, located in the top right corner of your Proforma Invoice.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option. With COD, you can pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order and make the payment upon arrival. This method is ideal for customers who prefer not to pay in advance and want to settle their bill directly upon receiving their goods.

5. Direct Deposit
We also accept direct deposits into our RBC Bank account. Please use the following details for direct deposits:

6. Certified Cheque
You may also pay via cheque. For a secure and reliable payment method, we accept certified cheques. A certified cheque is guaranteed by the issuing bank, ensuring that the funds are available at the time of payment. This method offers added security for both parties. Please make the cheque payable to "Maple Craft Inc." and mail it to the following address:

Please note that cheque payments may take additional time to process. Your order will be shipped once the cheque is cleared in our bank.
