Shipping Policy


Our orders are delivered using Canpar and UPS services, Canada wide. They are delivered only via ground shipping or Cash/Cheque on delivery services (C.O.D.).  C.O.D. orders shall be delivered only via Canpar.


 

Shipping Charges


The charges for every order shall vary depending on the address to be delivered, weight of the package and dimensions of the box needed to be shipped. The cost charged includes both shipping and handling fees. No refund for the fees shall be provided unless under circumstances where our team has faltered in shipping the delivery to the right address.

 

Delivery Timeline


Our warehouse team strives to ensure the delivery of orders within 24 to maximum of 48 hours from the time the order was received. We understand the needs of our customers, ensuring they receive their shipments in timely manner. The orders shall be picked and shipped using FIFO (First In First Out) method. If there are additions to the orders once received, it might lead to delay in shipping. The courier services take an approximate of 2-3 working days for most cities. The same can be tracked using the Tracking details emailed to You once the order is shipped.


 

Order Damages or Defects


We request our customers to report any products damaged or short within 48 hours of receiving the order. For any boxes being damaged while receiving should be informed both to the delivery driver and to Maple Craft Inc. Boxes once received should be kept in the same condition for the shipping company to have them inspected. Any lapse in following the procedure would make it difficult to file claim.


In regards to damaged products, please have a photograph clicked and emailed @ sales@maplecraft.ca, for us to have the same reviewed and either have it replaced or credit your account, as per customer convenience. A restocking fee of 12% will apply for any returned items.


Pertaining to defects we at Maple Craft Inc. vouch for our products. The defects include products being damaged while shipping or manufacturing defect. However, do not include defects caused due to mishandling or misuse of the products. We request our customers to have us informed with 72 hours of receiving the order for us to create a shipping label and have the same picked up.

Defects on Products such as electronics including E-cigs, Vaporizers, scales, etc. are to be reported directly to the manufacturer utilizing manufacturer warranty.


Missing Orders


Order sometimes go missing either completely or in part by shipping companies during Transit. Maple Craft Inc. would help our customers by tracking the missed boxes and coordinating the same with the Shipping Company. However, we are not responsible for the time it takes in terms of locating the misplaced packages.


We request our customers to be patient with us while we get the Shipping company to investigate the same.
